What’s inside FFXIV: Endwalker patch 6.1?
Patch 6.1, or “Newfound Adventure”, was launched a little over a week ago for the Final Fantasy XIV expansion Endwalker. Apart from providing players with new content, this addition to the franchise also helped fix issues, such as bugs and glitches, that hindered the game’s performance.
Now, the “Patch 6.1 Notes” newspage on the FFXIV community site meticulously explains each feature that was added to Endwalker with the update, but since we’re talking about a gazillion of fresh items, countless adjustments and fixes, as well as a good deal of new playable content, listing it all here would be madness.
Therefore, we’re only going to find out about the most interesting news regarding patch 6.1.
Quests
- 10 new Main Scenario quests starting with “Newfound Adventure” at The Rising Stones; “Disciple of War or Magic level 90” and the completion of “Endwalker” are required
- 4 new Chronicles of a New Era quests starting with “A Mission in Mor Dhona” at Old Sharlayan; “Disciples of War or Magic level 90” and having reached a certain point of main scenario quest “???” are required
- 4 new Role quests starting with “Bitter Snow” at Radz-at-Han; players must have reached “Disciple of War or Magic level 90”, and are required to have completed: main scenario quest “Endwalker,” tank role quest “A Path Unveiled,” melee DPS role quest “To Calmer Seas,” physical ranged DPS role quest “Laid to Rest,” magical ranged DPS role quest “Ever March Heavensward,” and the healer role quest “The Gift of Mercy.”
