News arrives on the version of the Android operating system from Google, we are talking about Wear OS, since, now this will be more useful, in addition, it expands the reports of the dark web. That’s right, thanks to the new feature for Wear OS and the dark web, let’s see what it is.
Google’s Features Latest Implementation
FYI, Google’s Dark Web reporting feature, now fully available on most Google accounts in the U.S. That’s right, the service that lets you run one-time scans to see if your Gmail address has been exposed to the far corners of the Internet, gets one of the few announced updates. You know, in Google’s latest Android feature drop that otherwise seems pretty sparse as the public release of Android 14 approaches later this year.
Now, the dark web reports are free and can be run manually from the Google One website and app in the U.S. So, if you’re in the U.S., just head over to Google One, where you should see the “Try Now” option in the dark web analytics section.
Recall that previously, the reporting feature was exclusive to those who paid for a Google One cloud storage membership. But there are still dark web benefits if you subscribe: as a Google One member, you can now start automatically monitoring your online information and look for additional personal information such as social security numbers.
For its part, Google says the dark web reporting tool will be rolled out in more than 20 additional countries in the coming months.
