Are you ready for the Google launch event on October 6th?

By Valentina Tuta

The Google launch event is a date that many people have been waiting for a long time, and if you’ve already marked your calendar, we are going to introduce the lineup Google’s team will include on October 6th. Based on the fact that they will officially present the latest Google Pixel devices during their live event, we have to tell you that the Pixel 7, Pixel 7 Pro, and Google Pixel Watch will definitely be included here.

Moreover, the company stated it will announce additions to the Nest smart home portfolio without forgetting that all the samples will be shoppable the same day at GoogleStore.com, or if you’re in the New York City area, you can also visit their physical Google Stores to check them out in person. Remember that this event will take place in the Williamsburg neighborhood of NYC. Although it will be an in-person event with limited guests (mainly members of the press), you can tune in live at GoogleStore.com/events, available to users in the U.S., Great Britain, and Australia.

Don’t worry if you’re trying to watch it outside of those countries, because the team has enabled a link to check it out via livestream here. Additionally, you can follow @madebygoogle for real-time updates across social media during and after the show. Do you need a reminder? Sure! Just visit the event site some days before the release date and you’ll be able to set a calendar alert.

Then, let’s take a look at the new devices Google has for us. Actually, the company talked about them during the keynote at Google I/O in May 2022, but if you can’t remember, we’ll tell you.

First of all, the Pixel 7 phones will run on Android 13 (which in fact is great news considering all the Android updates the giant of the internet has already presented last week) and feature the next generation of Tensor, the custom mobile chip developed by Google’s team, that ensures bringing users even more helpful, personalized features for photos, videos, security, and speech recognition.

Secondly, we have the Google Pixel Watch, the first smartwatch designed and built by this big company. Besides, the team has mentioned that this is also their first time bringing together Google’s helpfulness and Fitbit’s health and fitness expertise,

Aspects that make this reimagined WearOS device a more powerful tool that surely will provide a better experience, considering that its design allows working with all Pixel and Android phones, as well as Pixel Buds Pro and Pixel Buds A-Series wireless earbuds.

Keep in mind that their past Made by Google events have included announcements like the Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro phones and new technology enabling camera features like Real Tone, Magic Eraser, and Motion Blur. Therefore, the company is probably planning to reveal more and more details about their new gadgets, so don’t forget to tune in on October 6, 2022, at 10 a.m. EST to not miss out.
