Google Meet adds new ‘immersive backgrounds’

One method of making the perpetual deluge of individual and work video calls more tasteful is by setting interesting foundations. Google Meet on the web is presenting new “vivid foundations” that endeavour to give your environmental factors some life.
This is done using unobtrusive activities like falling precipitation or snow, and changes in lighting. There are five altogether: Condo (morning or night) and Cafe (Rainy, Snowy, or Sunny).
Bistro and apartment suite insides will have different emphases, like frigid or stormy climate, which will assist scattered groups with bettering their present time region and environment.
They join the current video foundations: Spaceship, Under the ocean, Beach with palm trees, Animated characters sitting in a study hall, Party with moving characters and disco light, Forest with squirrels and fox.
In the interim, Google Meet is currently allowing clients to redo their video feed with light and shading channels (“Styles” at the base), just as extra adapted foundations. They can be set in the green room before you join a call or when you’re in by tapping the three-spot/flood menu and choosing “Apply enhanced visualizations.”
Vivid foundations in the Google Meet web application will be accessible for all paying Workspace clients throughout the next few weeks. Free Google Accounts are presently prohibited.
