If you are a company and you are looking for professional profiles, you can subscribe to Jojobo simply by using the data of your company. Once enrolled you can access the CV Search area, compare the characteristics of the various users and select the profile that best suits your needs. Once the contact is selected, you can “unblock” it and that is get in touch with it, paying for a small commission of 2€

Jojobo  enhances the skills of job seekers by indexing CVS and ensuring real visibility to their profile. Those who offer work, on the other hand, can count on a system of reviews to be able to choose the most suitable worker for their needs. Hello Massimo, nice to meet you and thank you for the time you are dedicating. Tell us more about Jojobo:

Hello, the pleasure is mine. Of course, Jojobo S.r.l. is an innovative startup born in 2020 with the idea of creating a piattaforma The goal we set ourselves was to respond effectively and with new new mechanics to the most insistent needs that we have identified in the Italian work scene. The team Jojobo has designed an innovative system with a high technological value, responsive, scalable, and accessible to anyone who helps both parties by automating all those processes that revolve around the history of taxation, the guarantees on the payments, guarantees the identity, reimbursement policies, reviews, trusted, etc

The features are divided into three complementary areas: CV Search, Service search and recruitment campaign search. The generation of custom contracts, intuitive management of the work agenda and the free publication of the CV for free research by employers are the main innovative functions of the system.

How and when was the idea of Jojobo born?

The idea was born when, after high school, I started giving private lessons to high school students. I soon realized the inefficiency of the channels for occasional Recruitment currently existing and with passion and constancy I began to deepen all the issues that revolve around the various actors of the work and factors such as: laws, regulations, taxes, calls, legal forms and types of employment relationship. Once I had acquired enough information in 2017, almost for fun, I began to put on paper drafts of the structure of what today has become the development analysis that guides the software realization works

How long did it take to shape the project?

The actual programming work began long after the processes, logics and mechanisms that would complete the Jojobo services. After the project, several fortuitous cases have guided me towards new acquaintances and friendships that have allowed us to identify a call consistent with the considerable costs of implementing the system. The most beautiful part has been to make new solid friendships that today have translated into the members of Jojobo with whom i share the path of business growth.The presidency in the Rotaract together with the representation of the Institute at the High School have perfected my practical training as a representative and today I play the role of Sole Administrator and Project Manageras a referring subject for the iniziative “Resto al Sud” (in which Jojobo was awarded as winner).

The project is still evolving today being in the middle of the construction process, we expect to conclude the work and the testing and debugging phases by September 2022. In summary, it took about 2 years to build the system at the ideological level and almost 2 more years to compose the Team, apply and obtain the necessary funds. The work will never stop as the system will be constantly improved and adapted to the needs of our users on the basis of KPI control and feedback that we will record, without forgetting the periodic adjustments that we will make in response to any changes in current regulations.

What are the added values of Jojobo compared to competitors?

The services of Jojobo are structured on a search system in order to guide users towards a quick solution to their needs and problems.

Whether interacting with a private individual, a professional or an institution, the search service will always be free. The innovative services include: the direct purchase with reservation on the provider’s calendar, the purchase of a contact from CV Search, the automatic production of custom recruitment contracts based on the recruitment campaign generated, the release of certified reviews of Jojobo that are directly put on the CV of the user and much more. Why do you think it’s so important to digitize the job search process?

Italy, a republic founded on work, has a huge problem. There is no centralized system present throughout the territory that concretely reveals the availability of workforce immediately accessible to potential employers. The large gap on employment percentages, number of taxpayers and opportunities between Northern, Central and southern Italy (suggested by the analyses carried out from the team on Istat data) is certainly due at least in part to the training deficit existing in younger people (in the field of worker’s rights and tax regulations) who, new to the complex dynamics of the system, too often find themselves subjected to illegal conditions of exploitation for the sole purpose of obtaining some reference to enrich the CV. Jojobo was created to automate the cumbersome bureaucratic processes in the most frequent scenarios of recruitment, ensuring compliance with European regulations and making the most of the most important thing: the personal time of the users of Jojobo.

How did you launch your brand?

We have currently filed the European trademark for the four classes of our primary interest, taken over the .it, .com and .es internet domains and will proceed to the filing with the SIAE and Block-Chain of the source code before each functional ma release

The actual launch campaign will take place after the first necessary A/B testing and debugging. The planned strategy involves several channels, both institutional and pure marketing. A special attention will be devoted to SEO strategy in order to acquire Authority for search engines and ensure long-term organic traffic.

What about the future?

We are currently looking for investors in order to enhance the launch action of the Brand and services offered by Jojobo; this will start (as planned) in February 2022. Initially we will focus on acquiring customers on Palermo in order to obtain data from interactions and test the product to eventually refine it. Subsequently, we will expand the focus to the entire Sicily region, then proceeding to Rome and Turin to finally extend the notoriety of the brand and the services offered to the whole of Italy. We have planned a further future expansion on the Spanish labor market, so we have already registered the domain jojobo.es .
