Among many of the reasons why smartwatches, are at the forefront and trending worldwide, is for its ease to be customized. And not only for its functions, tools, and the characteristics of the screen, but also, for the type of bands you can use, that is, the mere fact of being able to interchange them without having to have many watches, makes it fantastic.

So today we help you find the perfect band or bands for your Apple Watch. Depending on your needs and the good materials, construction, and looks for whatever you need to use your it for.

What to look for in an Apple Watch Band in 2023?

The first released of the Apple Watch in 2015, it was difficult to find replaceable watch bands that fit everyone’s style and needs. But nowadays, things changed and bands are easier to find because exist a dozen with thousands of third-party options available. However, you must keep in mind, that pile of straps can be a hassle, and it is important to know what to look for to separate the good from the cheap.

As an example, some third-party bands it does not fit perfectly in the slots on your Apple Watch as well as do Apple’s first-party straps. Then there is the trouble of spotting the right materials, some might look good on the outside, but offer poor construction with cheap parts.

Remember the right size is also important. Since over the years, Apple has made it a little bit confusing when it comes to picking a band that fits your Apple Watch. In 2018, the company switched 2 mm each case sizes to 40 mm and 44 mm cases. And something similar happened in 2021 when Apple made the announcement of the Series 7 Apple Watch. This time, the smaller watch size uses 41 mm watch bands while the larger model uses 45 mm. Like the previous change, the smallest case size of any series will work with the smaller watch band, and the largest model will fit the larger watch band.
