Amazon allows payment with any modern credit, debit or prepaid card, so a card that supports these circuits:

Some cards in fact have a PAN of 19 digits and, even if Amazon has international circuit support, they will be rejected.

How to pay with PayPal

In the past, it was possible to add PayPal prepaid cards as a prepaid MasterCard and make purchases on Amazon using PayPal. As of 2019, this method is unfortunately no longer supported by Amazon, but those who still have an unexpired PayPal card can add it and make payments, which new users cannot do.
