Sweet Tooth Season 2 Coming to Netflix and Making Fans Happy

The Netflix series, Sweet Tooth, is produced by Robert Downey Jr. and his wife Susan and created by Jim Mickle. The first season premiered in early June of this year and consisted of only eight episodes.
What is the first season about?
The plot chronicles the adventures of Gus, a half-human, half-deer boy who survives an apocalyptic pandemic and befriends a hapless wanderer in a devastated world. But unlike other novels in this genre, Sweet Tooth does not try to scare away the apocalypse.

Official Season 2 Summary
General Abbott and the Last Men mistake Gus and a group of fellow hybrids for a deadly wave of a new disease. Abbott attempts to consolidate his power by finding a cure and uses the children as cannon fodder to experiment on the imprisoned Dr. Aditya Singh. He races against time to save his infected wife Rani. To protect his friends, Gus agrees to help Dr. Singht and begins a dark odyssey about his origins and his mother Birdie’s role in the events of The Big Event.
From the reservation, Tommy Jepperd and Aimee Eden combine to free the hybrids. The relationship is tested when Jepperd’s secrets are revealed. As revelations from the past threaten to capitulate in the present, Gus and his founding family find themselves on a collision course with Abbott, and the forces of an evil plan to eliminate them once and for all.
