Tricks to Connect your AirPods Without Any Problem

It’s only natural that wireless technology can do the unexpected in the world of (ever more) smartphones, which means more connectivity and more features floating around. Are your AirPods giving you a headache, or do you feel like something is wrong?
Turned on Bluetooth
AirPods connect to iPhones, iPad, and other devices via Bluetooth. This means that Bluetooth must be turned on for the AirPods to connect to the device. To see if Bluetooth is turned on, follow these steps:
- Open Control Center (On iPhone X and later, swipe down from the top right corner of the screen. On older models, swipe up from the bottom).
- In Control Center, look for the Bluetooth icon in the upper left corner.
- If the Bluetooth icon is lit, it will turn on. If the signal is gray or white, Bluetooth is off.

If Bluetooth is on but your AirPods still won’t connect, you may need to reset Bluetooth on your phone. To do this, follow the steps in the last section to check the Bluetooth status in Control Center. Then click on the Bluetooth icon to turn it off and click again to turn it on. Try connecting your AirPods again.
Restarting your mobile device
Sometimes, the only way to fix difficult problems with your iPhone and its accessories is to restart it. If the problem is a one-time software glitch, which can occur only with the normal use of the phone, a reboot will fix it. Learn how to reset each iPhone model. As we mentioned earlier, hard resetting your AirPods can fix several issues. Best of all, it’s very quick to do. Here’s how:
- Place your AirPods in the charging dock.
- Press and hold the button located on the back of the case for about 15 seconds until the orange LED flashes.
- Open the case next to your phone and wait for the AirPods to reconnect.

Assuming you are using an iPhone; iCloud will sync the connection to your other devices at this point. If you are using another device, you will need to manually pair it as you would any other Bluetooth device.
Update your operating system
Even if a reboot doesn’t connect to your AirPods, the problem could still be related to your iPhone software. It is very important that you use the latest version of the operating system for your iPhone, iPad, Mac, or another device, as it may contain bug fixes or important software changes.
See the charge of your AirPods
The next reason your AirPods won’t connect to your iPhone or other device is that they are running low on battery. The AirPods need to charge to connect. The quickest thing you can do at this point is to put your AirPods in the case. Then close the cable that came with your AirPods and plug the other end into a USB port (on your computer, power adapter, or another source). Once your AirPods are charged, try pairing them again.

If after this you have checked that it is the AirPods that fail, you will have no choice but to request assistance from Apple technical support or, failing that, an authorized service center. They will make the relevant internal checks and offer you a satisfactory solution that will not always be charged, because if it is a manufacturing defect and still under warranty you could get to cover it. But in the case that the failure derives from a problem mainly related to a misuse of the devices, such as an accidental blow, you will have to pay the price of the repair. In many cases, this is something that many people cannot afford, as the price of the repair is almost identical to buying new headphones.
But what is important in these cases is that the repair should be carried out in any authorized store. Therefore, the use of the first parts is guaranteed. This is something that unauthorized stores do, and although it is convenient for you, it does not provide the same service. This is very important because you are leaving a very expensive tool in their hands and your training must always be successful.
